ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised Quality Management System (QMS). J Barnsley Cranes were awarded with this accreditation in April 1998.
J Barnsley Cranes have created a Quality Management system (QMS) to ensure that all areas of the business have effective and efficient processes outlines.
J Barnsley Cranes continue to identify improvements for the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that it continues to comply with the standard.
iAs required by the standard, J Barnsley Cranes have in house staff trained to undertake 6 monthly internal audits to ensure that all areas of the business are following the QMS, these audits are also assessed by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance limited.
UK Utility Industry
J Barnsley Cranes is proud to be a member of the UK Utility Industry. J Barnsley Cranes has met the requirements of the supplier pre-qualification scheme and continues to do so on an annual basis when reaudited by Achilles UVDB.
This qualification allows J Barnsley Cranes to work closely with key buying organisations in the sector and help our customers achieve the highest standards of supply chain assurance.
CWB
J Barnsley Cranes is proud to be one of only two UK based companies that are certified by CWB to CSA Standard W47.1.
Originally certified in August 2020, J Barnsley Cranes can show that all of its Welding Engineers are highly skilled in fusion welding of steel offering the highest quality of fabrication work for our customer base.

CompEx and IECEx
At J Barnsley Cranes, we have dedicated engineers who are CompEx and IECEx certified.
This enables us as a company, to provide our clients with the highest level of electrical installation for all Ex requirements.
Our engineers are regularly recertified to ensure that we consistently offer the highest standard with our products.
